RF100AN-Q Analyser Filter System

RF100ANQ Self-cleaning Filters for Analysers are specifically developed for water monitoring equipment and analysers. The output flow runs continuously, and the self-cleaning filter has a continuous backwash to prevent blocking. The system screens dirty water as it pumps sample water to analytical equipment.

It is excellent for filtering difficult samples contaminated with suspended solids.  Designed to work as a wall mounted fast loop system, sampling is from a static head. The small pump in the system delivers the screened sample water to your analyser and drives the self-cleaning filter backwash to prevent the filter mesh, pump and analyser from blocking and blinding.

Here are some typical uses of RF100ANQ Self-cleaning Filters for Analysers:

• Providing continuous screened sample water in kiosks at water treatment works
• Providing continuous screened final effluent sample water at sewage treatment works
• Water quality monitoring
• Screening sample water for analysers in dosing systems
• Protecting chlorine, ammonia and phosphate analysers.

Nylon Mesh Cages
The filter cage is made up of replaceable bias-cut nylon mesh, offering a very clean filtration, ideal for sampling. The cages are inexpensive and easy to replace.

Available in 60 microns, 115 microns or 250 microns.

For best performance from your RF100ANQ filter, be mindful of any lift required to your analyser.  The flow rate from the RF100ANQ pump to the Analyser can be adjusted to suit. Ensure that at least 15 litres a minute net of your analysers's requirement flows through the RF100ANQ tank

For best results, the system should be wall-mounted.

Although they are self-cleaning, all of our products will require some maintenance every once in a while.

The nylon mesh filter cages can be gently washed with water and detergent, but should also be regularly replaced as the nylon mesh will deteriorate over time. Changing the filter head is very easy thanks to a quick release system.

How often will depend on your mesh size and what you are filtering.  As a minimum, we recommend the following:

• Mesh up to 115 microns should be cleaned or replaced after every 1000 hours of use
• Mesh up to 250 microns should be cleaned or replaced after every 5000 hours of use
