Rotorflush Omnia Filterpumps™. Submersible pumps with built-in pump suction self-cleaning filters. Single phase low head filter pumps - up to 220 litres a minute, 70 US GPM. Ideal for sampling and small open loop heat pump systems.
Omnia Filterpumps™
The Omnia is one of our smallest filter pumps and is suitable for applications that require a low flow and low pressure. Ideal for sampling and for domestic open loop heat pump systems, the built-in self-cleaning filter on the suction intake protects connected equipment (online analysers, heat exchangers etc from blocking if there is debris or weed in the water.
Here are some of the uses we have sold Omnias for:
Rotorflush Omnia Filterpump™ fitted with 60 micron nylon mesh intake screen.
Omnia Filterpumps™ can be fitted with:
The filter mesh is made up of replaceable bias-cut nylon mesh offering a very clean filtration, ideal for sampling. The inserts are inexpensive and easy to replace.
Available in 60 micron, 115 micron or 300 micron.
A robust screen that can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer. Ideal for heat pumps and other application with small tolerances.
Available in 50 micron, 100 micron and 315 micron.
A coarse screen providing ultra-low maintenance cycles, filter pumps with coarse mesh come fitted with rubber backwash jets which are suitable for handling larger particles. Ideal for eel passes.
Mesh apertures available: 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm
Due to their small size, Omnias can be installed in a number of ways.
The key thing to remember is to make sure that they have a lot of clear space around the mesh for the backwashed debris to be dispersed into and that they are not sat in a silt or sludge build up.
We also manufacture stands and guide rails to help site your Omnia.
Although they are self-cleaning all of our products will require a manual clean every once in a while.
The nylon mesh inserts are easily replaced and stainless mesh can be cleaned with a pressure washer. How often depends on your mesh size and what you are filtering.

What is the difference between a Rotorflush Filterpump™ and a filter pump?
A filter pump is a pump with a filter on the intake; a Rotorflush Filterpump™ is our unique, award-winning submersible pump with a built-in self-cleaning filter on the pump intake that keeps the intake filter clear and protects the pump from blocking and clogging.
