Nauti 60Hz Filterpumps™

Rotorflush Nauti Filterpumps™. Now available in 60 Hz supple High-head submersible filter pumps with built-in self-cleaning filters on the suction intake. They have a maximum output of 60 USGPM, and can pump up to 375 ft. Pumping and filtration are combined. All stainless steel construction.

General Information About Nauti Filterpumps™

Nauti submersible filter pumps are high pressure centrifugal submersible pumps with a built-in self-cleaning filter in their intake. They can screen dirty water as they pump - the self-cleaning intake protects against blocking.

Nauti Filterpumps™ are high head, multistage pumps, ideal for industrial applications requiring up to 60 USGPM.

Here are some typical uses of Nauti Filterpumps™:

Nauti Filterpump™

Nauti Filterpumps™ can be fitted with:

Nylon Mesh inserts

The filter mesh is made up of replaceable bias-cut nylon mesh offering a very clean filtration, ideal for sampling. The inserts are inexpensive and easy to replace.

Available in 60 micron, 115 micron or 300 micron.

316 stainless Sintered Mesh

A robust screen that can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer. Ideal for heat pumps and other application with small tolerances.

Available in 50 micron, 100 micron and 315 micron.

Nauti Filterpumps™ are ideal for screening and pumping raw water for irrigation and industry, final effluent for sewage treatment works wash and for screening industrial process water.  For best performance, make sure that there is good clearance around the filter pump mesh so that back-washed debris can disperse, and that the filter pump is above any silt or sludge that may accumulate.

The smallest Nautis weigh in at 20 kgs, the largest at 28 kgs. Nauti filterpumps™ can be suspended in tanks, sumps or ponds. They can be suspended from floats or buoys, or raised and lowered on a guide-rail system.

Rotorflush Filters Ltd are happy to advise and comment on siting and installation.

Although they are self-cleaning all of our products will require a manual clean every once in a while.

The nylon mesh inserts are easily replaced and stainless mesh can be cleaned with a pressure washer. 

How often will depend on your mesh size and what you are filtering.

As a minimum we recommend the following:

  • Mesh up to 115 micron should be cleaned or replaced every 1000 hours of use
  • Mesh up to 315 micron should be cleaned or replaced every 5000 hours of use

All our products are guaranteed for a year. However, as a condition of our guarantee, and to protect against dry-running, we recommend the use of a starter panel or control panel capable of cos phi load monitoring when running Nauti filter pumps.

What is the difference between a Rotorflush Filterpump™ and a filter pump?
